My role for the master sot scene is DP (Director producer). Four our groups project we are doing the salem witch trials as our theme. Our recording will be at the carolina beach state park. Because we are doing it at the water I will let the camera get the water in the scene. The sun and sunset because it will happen at night will give good lighting as they walk into the water facing away from the camera. As the characters are talking to each other I plan on putting the camera straight on so it gets both of their faces as they talk. If the sun is to bright and covers their faces we will have to wait a while for the sunset to come. Our group is going to use a jib in the recording. Since we are recording at the water it will probably be loud in the background so during the editing process I will have to find a way to balance it out.
